The TRUTH about saturated fat

Have you ever heard that saturated fats are dangerous and cause heart attacks?  The truth is: saturated fat is NOT unhealthy or fattening.

**Breast milk contains 50% saturated fat. Do you really think this perfect food clogs newborns' arteries?
